We aim to deliver your sample order between 1-3 working days, depending on your postcode.
Most orders are sent out the next day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Some parts of London, Scotland and Southern parts may take longer. For further delivery information, please contact our customer care team.
Do we offer interest free credit?
A kerbside delivery service means your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside or to a safe and accessible point where you have provided the delivery address.
Yes all our pallet deliveries have to be signed for at every delivery point. Please check all deliveries for damages before you sign for them, if damaged please sign “DAMAGED”. If a delivery is attempted and no one is available, a calling card will be posted. A second delivery charge will be applicable.
We have a dedicated customer care team who will be more than happy to help. We do recommend a qualified tiler should overlook the plans. We do not take any responsibility for the amount ordered.
An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched from our warehouse charges will apply. Please contact our customer care team.
When your order is delivered, we recommend you check all items and report any damages to our customer care team within 24 hours.
Currently we do not deliver outside the UK
Currently we do not deliver to any parts of Ireland.
