We are passionate about tiles. We source virtually all our tiles directly from factories around the globe. By cutting out the middlemen (distributors) and keeping our running cost low, we are able to offer our customers fantastic quality tiles at less than half price compared to high street stores.

We are checking our prices on a daily basis against leading online and traditional bricks and mortar stores to ensure you get the cheapest tiles on the market place. In Fact we so confident in our prices, that we will beat any like for like quote for quote by 10% (t&c’s apply)

No hidden charges here! The price you see, is the price you pay. Honesty and transparency is the way forward. 90% of our custom is based on recommendation.

Delivery charge is applicable on all orders due to the nature of the product, tiles are heavy and delivery charges are higher than many other everyday products available online.

We aim to deliver your sample order between 1-3 working days, depending on your postcode.
Most orders are sent out the next day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Some parts of London, Scotland and Southern parts may take longer. For further delivery information, please contact our customer care team.
Do we offer interest free credit?
A kerbside delivery service means your order will be delivered to the nearest kerbside or to a safe and accessible point where you have provided the delivery address.
Yes all our pallet deliveries have to be signed for at every delivery point. Please check all deliveries for damages before you sign for them, if damaged please sign “DAMAGED”. If a delivery is attempted and no one is available, a calling card will be posted. A second delivery charge will be applicable.
We have a dedicated customer care team who will be more than happy to help. We do recommend a qualified tiler should overlook the plans. We do not take any responsibility for the amount ordered.
An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched from our warehouse charges will apply. Please contact our customer care team.
When your order is delivered, we recommend you check all items and report any damages to our customer care team within 24 hours.
Currently we do not deliver outside the UK
Currently we do not deliver to any parts of Ireland.
